Curriculum

Crana College provides a wide range of subject and programme options for students. Our first-year students benefit from a valuable subject sampling programme, as well as a variety of Junior Cycle subjects.

At Senior Cycle, the students are given an open menu on the basis of which the subject option bands are created for Leaving Certificate. We offer the option of a high-quality Transition Year programme as well as the Leaving Certificate Applied and the Leaving Certificate Vocational Programmes. There is also excellent provision for students with SEN.

Achievement, effort and contribution are celebrated through the school’s awards systems with students encouraged and inspired to learn in many different ways.
